Correct use, careful maintenance of instruments and equipment and the ability to troubleshoot general faults is the basic responsibility of the experimenter, is one of the indicators to reflect the laboratory experiment ability, is one of the basis to measure the experimenter's sense of responsibility, work performance and business level. The experimenter must carefully master the structure, working principle and maintenance of the instrument and be able to troubleshoot general faults. This is of great significance for improving the utilization rate and durability of the equipment, ensuring that the equipment is in the best working state and improving the teaching quality.
1. To guide the user to use the instrument correctly, the experimenter must first:
1. For newly purchased instruments, it is necessary to fully understand their performance and master their operating procedures before commissioning and running.
2. All kinds of instruments must strictly abide by the operating procedures.
3. After each use of the instrument, please return to its original state, wipe it clean and fill in the use record.
4. Take good care of the instrument, use it reasonably, do not operate with diseases, and troubleshoot faults in time.
5. Zero, accessories and instructions shall not be lost.
Ii. Instrument maintenance scope and technical requirements:
1. Implement the principle of "special person in charge, prevention first, regular maintenance and timely maintenance" for all instruments and equipment. The maintenance, maintenance, debugging and minor repair of the instrument and equipment are the duties of the experimenter.
2. Daily maintenance: refers to the routine maintenance according to the operation and management procedures of the instrument. The main items include external cleaning, lubrication, fastening and appearance inspection of the instrument.
3. Primary maintenance: this project is from the outside of the equipment to the inside of the equipment (overall cleaning, lubrication and fastening), which mainly includes the general disassembly (such as removing the shell) of the maintenance of the instrument for local solution and adjustment, the commissioning of the entire instrument or moisture drive.
4, secondary maintenance: this project is mainly refers to the inside of the instrument maintenance, it mainly includes the general to the dissolution of the instrument to the collapse of the main components are puzzled check, adjust, change vulnerable parts, at the same time, also including a complete set of equipment of form a complete set of all components in repeated combination, replace the vulnerable parts of them. Iii. Scope of instrument repair and technical requirements:
1. The repair of instruments refers to the repair of instruments and equipment damaged by normal or unusual factors (such as the use and poor maintenance of human factors, etc.), so as to restore (basically restore) them to their original technical state.
2. In principle, the laboratory staff should undertake the repair work, but due to the different maintenance technical capabilities of each person, it is necessary to report to the materials department for approval for disassembly, replacement or major repair of the instruments.
3. Immediately stop using the instrument in case of any malfunction that is not within the scope of maintenance. Report to the laboratory head or the materials department, after the examination and verification to determine the degree of failure and repair personnel, by the repairman fill in the "instrument repair technician card", before the repair work. After the repair work is finished, report to the head of the laboratory or the materials department. After the acceptance and signature of relevant users, the repair work is finished and the instrument is put into use.
