Overview
Enhanced Trunking System (ETX), a new generation of DMR Tier III, provides stable wireless communication and dispatch solutions for public safety users. With the feature of selecting information automatically, it offers resource, task and channel sharing, multi-purpose and high-efficiency wireless dispatch, etc., to benefit group users in different departments and units. Taking advantage of full digitization and IP soft switch, ETX system has great scalability, which not only provides end-to-end digital voice communications, but also secures data services, including GIS, text messages, data transmission, radio control, etc. Through optimized system planning and designing, both hardware and software architecture, rich secondary development interfaces are available to users, who can customize the system to their own needs.
System Elements
This system supports up to 16 carriers, 500 sites, and 200,000 subscribers, capable of small area networks all the way up to nationwide networks.
